Emma Hadley, a senior at Anaheim Canyon High in California competing unattached, placed second in the girls championship mile in 4:55.12 at the fifth edition of the Sundown Track Series, including the second one this year, at Cougar Stadium at Azusa Pacific University. Hadley produced a 1,600-meter split of 4:53.61.
